Facilities
Yellowstone River offers 110 camping sites with a typical size of 20x60 ft., 83 full pull-through hook-ups with water, electric, sewer , and cable hookups, 30 water and electric only pull-throughs with amps of 20, 30, or 50, unlimited no hookup sites, some year round sites, dump stations, tenting, and cabins complete with patios and grills. Other on-site facilities and appliances include a swimming pool, spa, cable television, data port hook-ups, public phone, RV storage, laundry, pavillion, and a general store which sells supplies, ice, ice cream, and a variety of unique gifts.

Recreation:
The campgrounds on-site recreational activities include a nature trail, playground, horseshoes, basketball, recreation room complete with picnic tables, and an arcade and game room.
Yellowstone River is also the nearest campground to the Billings city center with easy access to the Metra Park fairgrounds, movie theatres, shopping malls, restaurants, fishing, medical facilities, and much more.
